All you need is a mat or a square of carpet, and you can do a variety of moves to strengthen and tone your entire body, improve balance, flexibility and mobility.

I thought there would be videos demonstrating the positions but it's just a photo. That's fine tbh. What I don't care for are the ads that pop up on the challenge I PAID for. Plus the ads don't let the "you're finished" bell chime most of the time, so I can't tell when the last workout is over unless I'm looking directly at my phone (to see when the ad pops up). Honestly, just get rid of the ads on the PAID challenges.

Would be good if it had a description of how to do the exercise on each one and not just a list on the home screen. Good app but hard if your not pilates trained

It seems that my payment went through, for the 60 days challenge, but the challenge is still blocked. So I guess wasted money.. :( shame
